Guest Experience Agent

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will:

  • Be responsible for guest communications and reservations for our properties in Vienna.

  • Resolve inquiries received over the phone- only, particularly emergency technical inquiries (work with the PIN code system when guests check-in/out of normal business hours, or when guests make a last-minute reservation and they need to receive check-in info)

  • Handle confidently individual and corporate guest requests in a friendly and satisfactory way

  • Work remotely

  • Fluency in German and English (B2 level) - other languages are a plus

  • The ability to empathetically comprehend and resolve complex issues

  • Proven experience of good verbal and written communication 

  • Experience managing multiple tasks and finding out alternative solutions to unexpected problems

  • The ability to execute tasks at short notice

  • Flexibility to work on weekends

  • Experiences in Customer Support in a fast-paced work environment and/or in the hospitality industry
